I wanted to find out if anyone knows of a place to sell software. I purchased 50 copies of DVDXtreme prior to 321 Studios going out of business. I sold about 15 copies on eBay, but they will not allow anyone to sell it on ebay anymore. These are all new unlicensed and unregistered copies and I guarantee that they are registerable. I sold a copy to a friend in early January 2006 and it works very well with Anydvd. I paid $30.00 a copy and still have the receipt to prove that I purchased them and they are original copies. What are your thoughts?

You need to just accept that you lost your money.

There is software out there for free that blows DVD extreme away. Good luck selling your software. You might want to try selling them on Amazon auctions, Overstock, or Yahoo auctions.

You could compare it to selling cassette tapes. Who wants a cassette when they can have a CD or even MP3?

I hate that you lost your money.

Dear clduncan......I am not to happy with the fact that I made a bad investment either. I am more upset that I still have 30+ copies of this software and do not want to just simply throw it away. Thanks for your advice.

You could package the software with some other freebie software such as Shrink, Decrypter, and a Demo Version of Nero. Then you could possibly sell the lots on one of the other auction sites.
