A power calibration error is caused by the inability of a DVD-RW drive to use a DVD-R or DVD-RW disk.(also effects cd rom drives)
DVD-R and DVD-RW disks themselves have information written on them, within this Media ID code there is information that the drive uses to calibrate itself to the disk, when a drive first starts to write to a disk it will burn a small amount of data to a calibration area on the disc, using the calibration information in the Media ID code, and then try to read back the data that it has written. If it cannot be read, then disk will be ejected and fail with a power calibration error.
A power calibration error is normally caused by problems with the media. Should you be experiencing problems with your drive or the media, we recommend that a disk from a good quality manufacturer be used to test it.

Power calibration errors can mean many things. As andmerr stated, this error can be due to the media you are using. It also can mean that the drive is not getting the power it needs(check you cables to see that they are seated securely), and lastly and I hope this isn't the case...you drive is dead(buy a new one).
But before we buy a new drive, lets try the cheaper solutions first.
Quote: TA-Status 0x02 (0x01, SCSI_TASTATUS_CHKCOND)
Sense Key: 0x05 (KEY_ILLEGAL_REQUEST)
This means the drive doesn't like your media, change to Verbatim, Taiyo Yuden or Sony, Maxell, Fuji(made in Japan)...stay away from Memorex, Imation, Philips, Kyphermedia, etc. all made in Taiwan.
Quote: File 'Drivers\InCDfs.SYS': Ver=4, 3, 20, 1, size=101504 bytes, created 7/25/2005 11:53:28 AM (InCD4 driver for win NT/2K/XP)
File 'Drivers\InCDpass.SYS': Ver=4, 3, 20, 1, size=29696 bytes, created 7/25/2005 11:53:04 AM (InCD4 driver for win NT/2K/XP)
File 'Drivers\InCDrec.SYS': Ver=4, 3, 20, 1, size=8704 bytes, created 7/25/2005 11:53:30 AM (InCD4 driver for win NT/2K/XP)
I also see you have the Nero InCD package installed...a big no,no. Uninstall Nero completely off your system and reinstall omitting the InCD package, it is known to bugger with DVD burning.

I have not done that many, maybe in the 2000 range, i just blew a little air duster in the drive and it worked for one burn and then quit again, i have used the drive disk cleaners and that did not work.
