i am new to the whole dvd copy thing i have downloaded dvd shrink 3.2 it works fine up until i go to hit the back up button to burn the dvd when i hit the button it closes the program i does not take me to the next window so i may burn the dvd i have nero 6 installed (the one that came with my dvd burner)any help would be appreciated

Try unistalling completly and reinstall.

Do what LOCOENG suggests and see if the problem goes away. Also, make sure you have the most up to date version of Nero, you can go to the Nero website to get it

If you still have problems try unchecking the enable burning with Nero, and rip to your HDD and then manually burn with Nero. Or dl the free DVD Decrypter and use that to burn.
