When ever you hear the release date on halo 3 thats when ps3 will be coming out.
ps3 with 20gb hard drive
xbox 360 premium edtion with vga/hd hook up to my dell 20.1 inch widescreen lcd.
White and black 1.5 psp's
I'll take this down WHEN micro$oft decides to stop being lazy and make the capcom fighting games backwards compatible with the 360 dammit!!!

I think we are going to hear the release date of the Ps3 before we hear the release date of Halo3. I think the reason sony has purposly delayed the PS3 is because if they released it now it would cost $1000 but if they can wait to the end of the year the price of manufacturing the PS3 will be cheaper.

it shouldnt be too long. im saying maybe even in summer so all the people with summer jobs and buy one and play it all summer and buy things for it. seems logical.

Yes. Its true. Halo 3 will most likely not be out at the PS3 launch. Even Bill Gates has said this now, adding that he wants Bungie to spend all the amount of time they need. I will think the release will be a few months before the film.

Or a good idea for sony is to release the ps3 when the first couple expensive models of the BR players come out. cuz the ps3 w/BR drive>just a BR player especially if the ps3 is around the same price or even cheaper. which would mean more consoles sold=More hardware and software (games and BR movies) sold later on=more profits. I'd say that would be a good marketing plan.

yeah that sounds about right for sony to make money with the blu ray straight away.
oh and the halo movie is a really good way to market the game, they should bring out the game a couple of weeks after the film. also i hope the film will be in 3D like final fantasy.

but if sony did that, they would lose support from the companies that produced the players because the players made would not sell. that could be devastating to the bluray industry.
