I was gettin a little low on crack, so i decided to make a trip to my local BB on the way to my crack dealer.. I picked up 100 Sony DVD+R for 19.99 reg 29.99 but there i go again using that reward zone thing (10 bucks). You can see the 29.99 sales price listed though. So i got my discs for .20 each. And just because our word doesn't seem to be good enough for some P.O.S., here's a copy of the receipt:

If i could have found some MIJ ones, they would have been Yudens.. BINGO!!!, but these D21s are good stuff. Accucore 16x rated ( im not gonna go that fast, thank you very much) All my machines love them. Never get a coaster from them and playback is great.
So how did i get such CRAZY prices?? Local crack dealer hooked me up man,,ya gotta be streetwise homey... NAAWW! I saw it listed here on AD in the media forum, and went to the local store (i didn't see you in there essay55 but wait, there was a blind man in there,,, no, even the blind can find a sale :). Sale price was CLEARLY labeled at my store. Right there on the shelf. In this dimension. Planet earth.. They didn't have any current sales ads lying around or i would have posted that too, as more proof for our reality challenged members .. :) Or, it could have been a great big conspiracy by all of us pompus members at AD, to fool essay55 because we all know, essay55 is the greatest bargin hunter of them all, for all time.... No one can beat its deals, well , if you do, you risk getting called a pompus ahole or some other very witty remark like that.. Oh well, i gotta go fire up the crack pipe and burn some movies on these imaginary discs i have sitting in front of me. Oh, yeah, they are real, my crack addled brain must have made up those prices. They can't exist that cheaply on this planet.. essay55 said so. Said anyone getting media less than him must be smoking crack.. and a few other things, but hey, i gotta go burn some movies on this nice imaginary Sony media..
Hey gear79 the MIB took a bribe, so i can stay for a while longer :)

gotta love the reward zone bucks... i got 40 comin to me in a week or so... i may have to go find some over priced blank dvd's and act like a dumb a$$ and see if they will take my reward zone bucks !!!

essay55 i think that senior members and above are extremely helpful, dont forget we were all newbies and junior members aswell we all got criticised for our ideas at one point in time... we have all f*cked at some stage but we dont go insulting other members especialy ones of the smae rank that did not do anything wrong...
i think you are the one that is taking things to seriously otherwise you would not have said what you did. calm down, understand that a lot of so called "insults" and "degrading remarks" are out of humour... there have been other members in the same situation as yourself that have not given up...
and BTW im not a mod or anything but going off calling members names such as what you did is a good way to get banned.

Hey there gear79. I think we scared it away for a while. I haven't had this much fun in a thread for a long time. Nero logs can be very un-exciting to look thru. I also learned a thing or two when i did a google on crack smokers. I knew i could find a picture of gear79 smoking crack, if i just searched long enough. :)

Ok, this thread gave me the much needed laugh I was looking for this evening. But if I may... maybe all essay wanted was a great deal on blank dvd media. Maybe what essay was looking for were some cheap memorex?? Since he tends to not believe y'all, I suppose he feels those are the top of the line.

I think gear79 scared it off with all that crazy crack talk he has. That and those burning eyes and pipe wrench, it's enough to scare the bravest soul.
It is ok to disagree, or have a different opinion. Not so cool to throw a temper tantrum because things are not going your way. Act like a kid here, and you will get treated like one. I guess id better not say that, as i act like a kid all the time, and im not sure gear79 is even acting.

I guess what i was trying to say is, it is ok to be a kid and act like one here, as long as you dont violate any forum rules that can get you banned. Act civilized would probably be a better way to put it. You can wind up insulting ppl here without even trying, so its best to not go out and look for trouble. Sooner or later most posters here will run in to one of these personal attackers for whatever reason. Best way to handle something outright against the rules is to report it as an offensive post. Let the mods handle it. This one wasnt really offensive, more like immature. I didn't report it also because it is too funny, and we all need a good laugh. :)

Hi everyone!
How about my deal, can anyone tell me if what I bought is any good:
RITEK-R03-02.They came in a spindle of 50 DVD+R, Maxell, MIT. I know the ones MIJ are good, but I just couldn't resist, they were a little less than $6!!! I thought I would force my luck, if worst comes, I'll practice Jet Li's Black Mask technique.

See, i don't bother reporting any posts unless it is really abusive, (or a major rule break) and even then i will always try taking it as a joke, and throw my jokes in as well... I know that is baiting, but given the chance for a laugh... I'll take it! It's a shame i was late into this game... ;)
