Can you backup the E drive on 4Gb hdd to pc? Then list files and folders on ROOt of both E drive. So label it as 4GB E drive and 40GB E drive.

Backup the E drive on 40GB to pc. Then delete everthing on E drive on xbox. Then ftp the E drive backup of 4GB on PC to E drive on 40GB. reboot xbox.

Well last thing before format. Delete everything in X,Y,Z. Dont have to back them up. They are caches.

you can format the hdd if dvd cant read that disk.
put the 4GB hdd back to xbox. load the AID disk to see if it loads. If it does not load. then try to load backup games. if games play, then you did not burn right.

!!good news very good news indeed!!!n after kicking my box for awhile
i decided to go ahead and format the drive thru FTP, every thing went perfect, i used my 4 gigs C drive as back up and what do u know everything went back to normal exepct i lost that games i had in HD(doug), but the box wasnt reconizing all the Apps i have so i desided to take a look at the evox.ini file and it look completely difference from the other evox.ini on my 40 gigs, then after fucking around with it for a bit i found what was causing the PROBLEM all alone guess what? it was the TSR_TYPE funtion was set to 1=on instead of 0=off, i dont even know what TSR means but i truely dont care, i really would like to thank you for ur help as u were really the only one that stuck with me and my problem hopefully we both learned something from this experience .

ok now Forza motor sports loads to the menu screen then when u select play game it hangs but when u select play online it goes thru.im thinking maybe becuz its a new game and shit like that,i can play it on my 360 but i dont like how it emulates the game it loses graphic detais and it looks all retarted and kinda slow.
all my other burned games work to perfection
