HI

My Set**ta G**f channel seems to have shrunk. It noe has black bars all the way round. Has any one got any ideas how to fix this.

best thing to do would be to go into user setup and adjust the aspect ratio!

Ive tried that. The funny thing is that some things, adverts etc are the corret size but the programmes seem to have changed!! Any ideas

first find the freq for the channel( i think set**ta sports is 683.000 ).you can look for all the info u need on this link ( go down to ' if you have Missing channels you can try this'.

i tried manually scanning for set**ta but still no joy my brothers box works fine and has all set**ta channels and hes in the same area of galway

that is why i gave you the freq so you could put it in go to installation manuall and put it in there

I'm having the same problem. In waterford and can't get Set**ta Sports 1 working at all. Also does anyone have Set**ta Sports 2 working on theirs?

Try manual input of the freq

307000 Setanta Sports 1
387500 Setanta Sports 2

This happens whn they broadcast programs that werent recorded in pal probably recorded in ntsc ,pal is what we use in ireland and they convert to it which is why the screen goes funny,you can fix it by manually adjusting aspect ratio,any programs like premiership gam es etc are all normal and the reason the adds are normal is because they are recorded in pal

tried manual scan today all 17 stations on freq 15000 came in but after a while stations went blank again i think it might be a local n** problem in dub 24 area is there any other freq for these stations s*y s***t 1 and s*y s***t news
