Count the slots again , I'd say you might have 25 not 27 :)
Menu > System Information to find what version you have

sorry lads could not get back till now it says api ver 4.00eE boot version7 7 June 2007 all channels are excellent except the 17 channels at freq 315000 IE sky sports 1 and sky sports news these stations come and go by themselves thanks for your trouble and time guys

It could be a prob in your area If they dont come in on a manual scan. did u try hitting downfreq in manual scan , just checking !

You have the latest version , Have you gone a Factory Setting and turn your box off for a min then turn back on , then continue with installation and Auto Scan ?

have done all that about 10 times since yesterday yesterday it would pick up the channels but after a while they would start to break up and bad signal or scrambled channell would come up it is always the same channels when i do a manual scan on freq 315000 17 stations came up yeasterday when the manual scan was ok

don't care about most of the stations but sky sports one is one of them and the footie is starting shortly by the way guys you are doing a great job giving all of us techno dumb dumbs your time and expertise tks again

where it says down freq i have put in 315000 that is sky sport one freq but nothing shows on the % bars yesterday they came in but then broke up nothing to day

hi again guys just back from pub switched on telly entered freq 315000 in manual scan and hey presto all 17 channels back don't know why but they are perfect if they are bad tomorrow i will have to investigate more maybe bad connection on splitter but i think my star view is working perfect maybe n** prob thanks again for all your help
