if the light stays on, that means you have the pandora's battery in service mode. power the psp on with the charger only, no battery.
if that doens't work, try recreating the magic memory stick, but on your cfw psp.
go HERE to find the files and readme.

I tried to this using the manual method and did everything untill i got to the step that says:
-Connect the Memory Stick again via the USB connection of the PSP.
- Execute "msipl" application on the PC with the msipl.bin to write
the IPL to memory stick.
I have no idea how to carry this step out
Please help THNX

when you're in the command prompt, you should be here
c:\...\pandora\msinst (or wherever you saved the programs)
you would type "msinst (psp drive letter) msipl.bin
then you will see something similar to this
Quote: >>> PSP MS IPL Installer
>>> Load IPL code msipl.bin
>>> 241664 bytes(59 block) readed
>>>
>>> Target DRIVE is 7
>>> Check partation Sector
>>> boot status 0x80

>>> abs sector 0x00000810
>>> ttl sector 0x000767F0
>>> signature 0xAA55
>>> Check BPB Sector
>>> signature AA55
>>> Check free reserved sector:OK
>>> Write ABS Sector 0x10 to 0x1E7
>>> Are You Sure ?[Y]
Type "Y".
>>> Y
and you should see
>>> Write MS BOOT CODE

There should have been a msipl.bin file that was created on the PSP MS. Drag that to the msipl folder that has the msipl.exe file in it (This folder should be in the PANDORA folder).
Then go to comand prompt and type the below...
The easiest way to do this is draging the PANDORA folder to the C: drive.
That way all you need to type is...
C:\PANDORA\msinst\msinst.exe (PSP DRIVE LETTER HERE) C:\PANDORA\msinst\msipl.bin

That's it, you can exit the prompt, you've officially finished making the Pandora Memory Stick :)

Plugins are sort of like 'addons' which enable the functioning of programs such as Ir Shell (well, that's a shell..but anyway,) and remotejoy.
As for where u can find them, do a quick google, or search the forums.
And to install them, simply create a directory in the root of your MS called 'seplugins' and copy the required prx files to that directory. Am I missing anything?

I have googled it, and I haven't had much luck, could someone give me a direct link to a site where I can find PSP plugins.
I got a game that was compressed, when I extratced the files there were three folders,
1-PSP_GAME containing the folders SYSDIR and USDIR along with a few files
2-COMMON which contains a folder called PRX
3-PSP which conatins a folder called GAME
Could someone please tell me how to run this game
THANKS

You have extracted the game ISO itself. Just drag the ISO to the ISO folder on your PSP memory Stick.
You probably have WinRAR associated with ISO files.
To change this start WinRAR.
Go to Options Settings then click on the Integration TAB
Untick the ISO box under the section of (Associate WinRAR with...)
Then click OK.
The ISO file should no longer be a WinRAR icon.

I checked the intergration on my WINRAR and ISO was already unchecked, all I did before was click on the archive and click extract to.
Is there any way change it back to an iso? Because when I checked the properties of the archive, it said RAR file.

Am i the only one that gets a feeling this is a 1.50 KXploit loader game?
A couple of games were "hacked" to play through the XMB of 1.50, without the need of an independant loader (eg: DevHook), of course none are around now but you might have stumbled accross a REALLY old game file.
I think you place those 3 folders at your mem stick root (Overwriting if it says so) and it should show in your game menu like a regular ISO.

No, i don't think so, the PSP_GAME directory is basically the whole ISO (SYSDIR + USDIR + Extra files) but even if you recompiled all that into an ISO, the game probably wouldn't work, mainly because ISOs all have a separate UMD something or other file, which this desn't seem to have.
@Ray92 - The EBOOT is there as it uses the same way of initialising as regular homebrew games.

I ran the game and it worked but at the main menu it froze, so I'll just have to get the ISO version.
I got a PS1 game, legend of the dragoon, and when I opened it there were 8 files
Legend of the Dragoon disk 1 (.cue and .bin)
Legend of the Dragoon disk 2 (.cue and .bin)
Legend of the Dragoon disk 3 (.cue and .bin)
Legend o the Dragoon disk 4 (.cue and .bin)
Could someone tell me if this is PSX or PS1 format?
How to convert it to PSX if it is PS1 format?
Finally how to run it.
