I've been trying for a long time to get FF7... any help would be greatly appriciated!!
i have a slim PSP with cfw 3.71m33-4. I have disc 1, 2, 3 in .bin format, and i have KEYS.BIN, also i have popsloader_371 on my psp, but I don't know what to do now. I'm lost.
If I get a GUI I can convert the .bin files into one eboot.pbp, then put that on my psp?
I don't know what GUI to get, or what i do with keys.bin, etc.
I have a site that says the games ID is SCUS94163 (for disk one), and I think the title is just "Final Fantasy VII". i'm not sure about this stuff, so if someone would help me out I'd be forever thankful.

When i select pops 3.71 the PSP freezes, then i have to do a hard shutdown:( When selecting any of the pops versions it freezes, but if i select Original from Flash, then i can get up to the NEWGAME or Continue screen, that when i select new game it just goes to a black screen, nothing else:(

i got mine to work by by doing the "lazy way" in the popsloader tut. make sure you have all the right pops files in your "X:\seplugins\popsloader" (Where "X" is your PSP drive letter) folder of your PSP memory stick :) folder. you will need these ones:
popsman371.prx
pops371.prx
pafmini371.prx
libpspvmc371.prx
use the link provided to get all the pops at once without having to extract anything, then just drag and drop to the popsloader folder.

Hi guys, I have a question that I did not see addressed; I am currently running a 4.01 M33-2 CFW, I am using popsloader 3.71 and I am near the end of disk two.
I am back at the forgotten capital with Bugenham(sp) and discussing holy. Then the water falls down and we walk in, the camera angle moves around a bit then freezes. I do not know why. I have tried using other versions using the popsloader. I was running 3.90 M33-3 and I tried upgrading to 4.01. I have used every version of the popsloader I have. Unfortunately most just say that the game could not be loaded. I am also using a multidisk eboot.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Could it be the original rip?
Could the multidisk eboot be a problem?
Thanks in advance guys, :)

I ripped FFVII from my own disks using Autopopstation4 and Simple Popstation GUI 2 beta to rip and convert the data (I'm a bit unclear on some of the terms, but I followed the exact instructions given to me by a very helpful person on another thread, who had used it for other multi-disk games, but not FFVII. They said they were not sure how to help me on this. The order I gave the programs in is the order I used them, the first to rip it from the disk, the second to convert it.). Everything appeared to work fine, until I got to the cut sceen where the top plate comes down. At the spot where you see the Shinra president looking through the window, the game freezes. It always freezes in that exact spot, and I have never had any other problems. Does anyone know what is wrong, or how to fix this? I would appreciate very, very detailed instructions if you can help me. Thank you.
hey may i ask you, have you tried different converter? maybe its not a good eboot... try again until you got the perfect eboot
What converter would you recommend, and where can I find both the converter and extreemely detailed instructions in using the converter? And eboot is the ripped copy of the game in the format that you can put on a memory card and play on the PSP, right? Or is it just the ripped copy? I'm sorry for sounding like such a begginer, but, well, I am. :(

I recommend IceTea. You should be able to find it using a quick google search. You will need an ISO and the GameID. (Note: Usually IceTea will all ready have it but in the case it doesn't you will need to find it; try here: Most programs that will create an eboot, are pretty self-explanatory.
For PSX games, just create a folder with the game name and add the newly created eboot to that folder. :)

Ok, does anyone know where to download a FFVII EBoot? Like an EBoot for Disc 1, then a separate for Disc 2, etc.
If so, contact me at JoseakaZelda13@aim.com or message me here, but emailing at JoseakaZelda13@aim.com would be more convenient.

To get FF7 to play right, first download the ISO files from a torrent site, i use isohunt.com . Then use RS-GUI PopStationMD V3.00 to convert all 3 disks into 1 eboot file. once converted put into the proper folder, should be X:drive - psp folder - game FF7 folder, i use popsloader with pops 3.72 and have never had any problems with the game playing at all.
If first you dont succede, then winning might not be your thing.
