DualShock 3 finally coming to US PS3s among other new bundles

At its annual retail and publisher conference Sony America has announced that new PlayStation 3 and PSP bundles will be hitting retailers beginning in April.
They company also announced that the wireless DualShock 3 controller will finally be available in North America starting in April for the MSRP of $55 USD.

I have too, I played with my 360 for about 3 months, then bought a ps3 played it for a month then sold my 360.
Im loving the free demos on psn. ;)

Im lost here if we're talking about the ps3 and the psp wtf does this have to do with the 360.
sure i have a 360 and got bored of it failin and having to send it back in again and again
it has some awesome games but got tired of paying to play online wtf
and the one game i hoped would be good sucked, HALO 3 has a boring
@$$ single player but a great online but got blown away by COD4
I wasted my money on the 360 but with this new bundle I'll sell my 360 to some loser and pick up a ps3
i should have stayed with sony makes me love my ps1 and ps2 now the ps3
and i love my psp lol
and if the 360 is so good as fanboys say, why the F*** ain't it beatin the wii lol
and dont even talk about the 360 countering the ps3's tittles wtf else new can the 360 bring that ain't on pc or ps3 or that doen;t suck the ps3 gots killzone 2,mgs4,mgso and if you searched the web gow3 i have no clue when thats commin out though and besides when super smash brawl comes out with the ps3's games who the F*** will remember the old 360 lol

so well DS3 is gonna be awesome ;)
lol I like consoles but once you have an awesome PC and a gamepad and stuff..whats the point ya know?
and especially when all but 3 XBOX360 games aren't on PC yet..

Sigh... why must any console news start a flame war, even if it has nothing to do with the other console...
Anyway I've been looking forward to the DS3 being released in NA for a while now, the SixAxis controllers are good, don't get me wrong but they wear out really fast. The Dualshocks are suppose to be better constructed so I'm waiting till April to get a DS3 because i'm not wasting my money on another SixAxis if its just gonna wear out in a few months.

There always gonna be comparisons and thus lead to the flamings... I'm looking for the US release of the DS3 as well. Not that the Asian version doesn't work or anything, i just want to buy from a B&M store (store credits and exchange privileges). The SixAxis is okay, i don't have tearing and wearing problem and i played God of War 1 and 2 with it (i don't have a PS2, so i used the PS3 finishing those two games). Hmmm, are you referring to the battery life? I don't have problems with that either... since it got no rumbles, i rarely need to recharge the Sixaxis (until long hours of PJ Monster). Of course, it makes no sense to buy another Sixaxis for $40-$50 while the DS3 is around the corner... I'll have that ceramic white DS3...

:D The bundle look very good .. I wonder if they will bring it to Europe - I have been waiting for FFXIII, but I might be tempted earlyer ... considering FF13 still has no release date (by the way eng vertion will come after JP or there will be simultaneus release)
Played MGS1 on PC it was FANTASTIC. but when I tried MGS2 on PC it was such a horible port that I gave up immediately. That spoiled a bit on MGS series but :D I saw some very neet treilers of MGS4 and its definetly on my 'must try' list :D

Yeah, but what is an awesome PC to you? And what OS are you going to need to get the same quality gameplay? Pigs will fly before I buy buggy Vista, just to play a game. So there's no point in upgrading my PC for a while. I have a decent rig and can play Assassins Creed and COD4 at low-medium settings, and not at 1680x1050. But by playing them on my HDTV with no lag and how they are meant to be played is worth it to me. I'm not arguing with your point. Just providing my point of view.

If the 360 was not a broken and failing PC with prioritized software and nazistic hardware mentalities you point would have been made better.
Vista is no more unstable than the 360 really, it all depends on if you know what you are doing with it but only 1 game so far requires vista and thats Shadow 'duurrr I am shooter mmo' run, the rest can run on XP.

I was comparing purchasing a PC with purchasing a console (PS3 or 360). Vista is unstable in everything else that it's supposed to do. There are a number of reasons I wouldn't buy Vista. And they have nothing to do with gaming. Yeah, I know XP can run the other games, but I still haven't seen a DX9 game on XP run as smooth at max settings at max resolution as either of those consoles. They look nice and play well, but there is noticeable difference. To me at least.

Well the price is reasonable. I would not mind getting my hands on one of these. However i have my eye on getting a new phone.
