I hope you have your Magic memory stick intack if yea this is what you can do :

Turn on your PSP without the MS and battery with adapter plugged in ( no usb power). Put the MS and then the battery in it and goto game and start the pandora battery creater. In that there is an option [] which restores your battery to like it was and has a cances of issues like lesser standby times but it definately works incase you dint make a back up.

hope it helps cheers mate.

Cheers...!

Restoring the fake serial code can produce any number of problems, i'd advise that if you don't have the original eeprom to reflash to the battery, keep it as a Pandora and buy a new one for normal use...

If you can, remake the Pandora with that battery and then buy another one for normal use.

I used the fake eeprom and all is fine with the battery. Did this because the backup gave an error and would not write back to the battery. It was a friends PSP and I always ask him if it has given him any probs and he always says it's fine. I'm sure he wouldn't hold back if it went bad, we are always busting each others balls.

I'm not saying yours will be fine, but it worked for me.

You can revert it by putting the charger in and turn on your psp, then put the battery in and use the memory stick to do the pandora's battery converter and then press like L+R or square :]

If I create a jigkick battery and MMS and back up the eeprom, is there like actually an eeprom file that I'll be able to see on the MMS which I can copy onto my computer? Cause I wanna use the pandora for both phat and slim PSP using the same MS and so I'll have to recreate the MMS when I change PSPs....and I don't want to lose the eeprom...so I was thinking of just copying it onto my computer and copying it back onto the MS once I recreated the MMS.

@zap_rahul

i already done that,,,and thats what happend in my bat,,, i can get my batt to work by : removing it off on psp,,insert the ac adaptor, turned on,,after psp is on,i put the (used pandora batt)[i don't know if it went back to normal or not] in the psp, and when i insert that batt,,it works fine,, even when i removed the ac adaptor,,it is running fine, but,

when i put my psp in sleep mode,,or tap up the power on, it can't be turn on again,,

but when i remove the batt, and put it in any psp,,it just show the green power on and black screen...

do my batt went back to normal and having some probs or
my batt is still in pandora?

@shokz,,i think your ryt about "Restoring the fake serial code can produce any number of problems, i'd advise that if you don't have the original eeprom to reflash to the battery, keep it as a Pandora and buy a new one for normal use... "

but its much better if i can turn it back to normal ryt,,so i don't have to spend some money,,

thanx...

i just loggd in after 2 months,,,im here again and ready to help and be helped!!

Acidy, it shold work even though he has a TA-082 MoBo beacuse it still supports the 1.50 kernal needed to run the program.

My PSP life: 1.50>2.00>2.71>3.03> 3.30(Noooo!!!)>3.50>3.50HEN>1.50>3.40OE-A>3.52M33>1.50.3.40OE-A>3.52M33>3.52M33-4>1.50>3.40OE-A>3.52>3.52M33-4

Plainin to get the slim (moddified) BUT IT THE ONLY THING IS THAT IT HAS NO 1.50 KERNEL!{^_^}

Yes, it will be located at the memory stick root, i think it's called eeprom.bin.

@CoRn3tTo

Your battery is still in service/pandora mode. You are not experiencing problems, that's the way the pansora battery works. You have to run the battery creator program again to make the battery normal again by either flashing the original eeprom back to the battery or a fake one.

I suggest just using Booster's Multi Boot Loader. This will let you keep the battery in service/pandora mode, but allows you to power up normally or to service mode by holding L trigger while powering up.

Yes. Booster's MS Mulit Loader is the sh@t. Sorry for not naming it correctly the first time. Works fine with no problems for me.

@CoRn3tTo

isn't it that we need the pandora battery together with the magic card to unbrick a psp?

what i did is to change my bat (original bat not the pandora bat) and turn on the psp, but nothing happens.. now what?

Here is multi loader
http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=80235
You prob is different you want to boot normal and Wapak wants to run pandora

@wapak sounds like you need to try to remake the mem stick. Sounds like your battery is trying to goto service mode but can't find the right files on the mem stick.

@GHOST686
Try putting in the mem stick first then the battery. If that doesn't work then you may need to remake the MEM stick also. This time use the GUI made by mrdude. If you need I will find the link. Let me know.

Try taking out the mem card and battery and use your ac adapter to boot normally. Then shut down, insert mem stick, insert battery. If that doesn't work I would suggest you also try the GUI by mrdude. I'll post the link in a couple minutes.
MR. DUDE'S GUI (Pandora's Box)
Here is the link. You need to register. (it's free)
http://forums.maxconsole.net/showthread.php?t=76477

If you like I could also upload to rapidshare, but it will take me a few.

After re-reading your post I would almost 100% say it is the order in which you are inserting things. Look to my last post to you for the correct order.

Did you get Multi loader working? If so you don't need to restore your battery.

This way if you brick or just want to downgrade another psp you are ready to go.

If you brik and don't have it made already, well I'm sure you know you'll be S.O.L.
