I know nobody has posted in this for a while but I don't understand the part about doing it without a spare battery. Do I do that before or after?

the installer doen't work. i just zype in the mommand promt msinstl.exe f and it says
C:\>msinst.exe F
PSP MS IPL Installer
usage: msinst.exe driveletter ipl_block_file


what do i do???

so i forgot to back up the eeprom and my battery wont work at all. nothing. plus my psp isnt hacked. help...

this info is great,don't get me wrong, but you still have to know somebody with a homebrewed psp to make this work right? What if you don't know anyone with a homebrewed psp? this still seems to leave you stuck without a salution if I read this thead corretly. All i want to do is run street figher vs marvel superheros
