everytime i want to burn a movie it take more then an hour to complete or i keep telling me it doens't fit how can i solve this problem im i not shrink it or not following the steps right pls help

Do you mean burn or the entire movie back-up process. If you mean the whole thing then one hour isn't too long. It depends on your RAM, whether or not you have DMA enabled (DMA on if a good thing), what you have set the quality settings as and how much compression you are doing.

i just got these shrink program but every time i want to put the movie in a blank dvd it keeps telling me that it wont fit WHYYYYYYYYY

In shrink go to edit and preferences. Set the target size to custom and type in 4300. This will tell shrink to shrink to fit the disc properly.
