I ussed dvd shrink and am going to burn with dvd decrypter. on the audio section, it lists dts and ac3. what is ac3? when i tried burning sin city, i tried to choose both, but the file was larger than the dvd can hold. shouldnt it have shrunk it to fit on the dvd r?

Dts is digital theater and AC3 is dolby. DTS will not down sample AC3 will. Meaning you have to have digital connection for DTS but AC3 will work with analog.

I generally just delete all audio except the AC3 5.1, which should downmix to 2 channel audio for viewing with just your TV and no surround processor.
