I recently got my shrink puts out all ENCODED files in the selected target after clicking the "BACK UP" button instead of a VIDEO_TS folder with those files in side it (Which I like better).

WHAT SEEMS TO BE WRONG WITH MY SHRINK ???

HOW TO RESET SHRINK SO THAT SHRINK WILL CREATE THE VIDEO_TS FOLDER FOR THE ENCODED FILES ?? I LOOKED EVERYWHERE, BUT DID NOT SEE HOW.

One thing I noticed is taht after I got this problem, shrink AUTOMATICALLY burns my copy with Nero. It did not do that before even thought I have both of the programs installed for a long time.

PLEASE HELP

You only have 3 options regarding the output of file in DVD Shrink.

1. ISO image file...this will transcode the files to an ISO image for burning later with your favorite burn engine.

2. ISO image file and burn with DVD Decrypter...self explanatory.

3. Select a target drive...this is burning with Nero, DVD Shrink transcodes your movie, placing the video files into a temporary folder and burning with Nero when it is finished.

The files are there on your puter, but unless you specify a different folder when burning with Nero, they are overwritten each time you start a new project.

You can set Shrink to creat VOB files once you hit your backup button

Also uncheck the enable burning with Nero in your Preferences if you do not want automatic burning.
