Dvd Shrink having problems! PLEASE HELP

Hello i have 8 dvd dics that i just sent away to be resurfaced...what a joke!
My problem is when i try the whole disc backup i get the cyclic redundancy error.
Yet when i back it up section by section im able to get it backed up.
My question is how do i put it back together again?
What i have now is
Title menus 55 seconds
Main Movie
Title 1 44 minutes
Title 2 41 minutes
Tilte 3 40 minutes
Extras
Title 4 2 minutes
Tilte 5 5 seconds

Like i said above i have backed up and saved each one of these to there own folders....but how do i put it all back together again so menus and everything works as it should?
I have no problems in burning any one or all of these to a dvd but will it work as it should???

If you burn all the files to one disk it should work. What burning program are you using.
