I used dvd decrypter to put a movie on my harddrive . Then I tried to backup with dvd shrink. after a couple of seconds dvd shrink says programing error exception occured. Then the dvd shrink closes itself.
I think you mean that you're trying to compress with Shrink, since you've already "backed up" with Decryptor.
Anyway, what movie is it you're trying to do? What mode are you ripping the movie with in Decyptor?
It's probably the movie though. If it's a newer movie, the programs are having an issue because they're no longer updated and they don't know what those new encryptions are.
If all else fails, download AnyDVD. Trust me, that'll take care of it.

ARccOs. The Scarface has an earlier version I believe, dubbed "running man". There are several ways to get around this, the easiest being by using a DVD Shrink trick on older discs like this. Any DVD from Slysoft will also work, but only pay for it if you're too lazy to override ARccOS with free tools like DVD Decrypter and the pcgedit plugin.
It won't work that way. Just go download DVD Decrypter, and the pgcedit arccos plugin and you'll be ripping this disc and doing whatever you want with it in no time.

Yeah, ARccOS is lame. And until more recent releases, childishly easy to bypass to boot. Even most recent protected discs can be easily copied using plain old decrypter, but it may take some time and require that you know what the hell you are doing.
If this guy wants to pop for Any DVD, that may be a good idea. I can't recommend it though because ARccOS can be easily removed for free, and without installing more junk on your machine.
