How can I shrink files from DVD Decrypter?

I was having trouble with DVD Shrink reading my new DVD's. So I downloaded DVD Decrypter to do it's thing but I now I want to back-up the decrypted files to another disk. Can I do this with DVD Shrink or do I need another shrinking program?

choose open files in shrink and point it to the video_ts folder that decrypter made
