do you think, because of what happened with xbox, people will preorder as many consoles as possible and sell them on ebay? Ever since i saw a 360 go for 2 grand on ebay i've been saving money to preorder at least 4 ps3s. Is this a stupid idea since there are going to be so many people doing this?
well when playstaion have an installed fanbase of 100 million, i gues that not all of them will beable to get one on day one of release so if you were to get yoyur hands on 4 ps3 then you could make a nice profit.
i just got a job yesterday and am saving for university next year, but i will preorder about 2 ps3, i will keep one and give the other one ebay for a little profit like 20pounds, but if they are selling on ebay for more than 1000 pounds then i will sell both.
actually if many people buy the ps3's to sell then the demand will be so high, because the people who actually want them wont be able to get them and will be forced to buy from the ebay sellers for ridiculous prices. Im guessing that many more people will preorder multiple ps3's to make a profit, after seeing what happen with xbox. This happened with the ps2 also on release date, and the trend will continue as long as demand outweighs supply.
