I just installed current version on DVD Shrink on new 2.66 ghz 512 ram Windows XP Home and every time I click open disc, or if I've run Fab Decrypter and have the files on hard drive, as soon as I click backup I get an hour glass and then in few seconds Shrink just shuts down. If anyone knows what may be causing this PLEASE let me know..and thanks

Do you have Roxio on your puter? This program ca=uses alot of wierdness with shrink.

If not try a remove and re-install of shrink.

No Roxe and I've redownloaded and reinstalled...took out of regestery and tried everything I can think of...have another XP Home machine that worked without any problems at all but not the newer one. Thanks
