this has happend to me twice in the past few months now.... most recently i went backup texas chainsaw massacre, i used dvd decrypter with no problem. however then i use shrink to compress and during the "analyzing" stage i encounter an error "programming error - exception occured" ... how should i go about trying to compress the dvd, is the problem with shrink or decrypter???? on a side note how do other people feel about slysoft and their programs..basically theres a deal going on but im curious if many feel its worth the price?

DEFINETELY worth the money. Programs are fast, excellent, updated regularly and very simple and easy to use.

The problem probably lies w/ shrink - did you rip in iso or file mode? Nothing like DVD43 running also?
Shrink should be able to do the is movie after decrypter ripped it.
I don't remember it being that difficult.
You can also try ripping with dvdfab decrypter then opening those files in shrink. Here's a link:

I agree w/ dvdback23 on AnyDVD & CloneDVD - nothing this combo can't handle & well worth the money.
