Starting the burning process with Shrink

IS there a way that I can just star from the burning process using Shrink. I know that it uses Nero automatically but I have had a couple problems in the middle of my burns. Because of this I have the files on my hard drive from shrink but when I try to manually burn them with Nero I am getting pop-ups telling me that I need to purchase Nero ultra to support either Dolby Digital 5.1 or Dolby Digital 2 channel. However, I can use the same movie and start the process over from the beginning with Shrink and it will usually burn just fine. So I was hoping there might be a way to start shrink at the burning stage. Thanks for your help.
