ok, i just got emule and i put my connection through port 21, it tells me i have a lowid and i cant get it to go up, mine is normaly round 1,000,000 or lower!!! my highest was 1 and a half mill, how do i make it so i have a high id or does it not matter?????

Well thats a low id!!!! Are you running a firewall or behind a router??

i have a router, oh i just signed on to a server called pepito34 and my client id was 2 and a half billion, better, but good enough???

ok, i only did that once and now is is around 500 thousand or even below!!! the pepito34 server just like disapeared!?!?!?!? (from the list that is)

before you said something about a router, i do have one it is a D-Link 1-704, does that make a difference?? do i have to adjust something? about firewalls...... i run xp on my computer does that have built-in firewalls becasue i dont have any special programs like nortan or anything!?!?!?

Go to the faq! There is instructions on how to setup a router so that eMule will work properly with it!!
