Anyone know any information on the Platinum version? I feel like I missed the train, but I've searched their site and forums and still haven't seen either a new release date (originally it was supposed to be in April) nor additional specifications.

Any information would be nice. I've been very happy with XPress, but I'm hoping Platinum will allow me to grab menus, etc. while specifying different compression rates for varying parts or drop certain things completely - extra languages, director's commentary, etc.

I'd like to understand more as well. As far as I can tell from reading these forums, DVDXpress 2.0.1 IS the platinum edition. What advantages this has over 1.5 I have no idea. I'd be REAL happy if 321 posted what was upgraded in the FAQs, and confirm exactly what "platinum" is and when it's done being beta software. I'm undecided on what I will purchase (DVDXpress or DVDXCopy), I REALLY want DVDXpress with the main menu options (not just the movie).

That's assuming that there will be a 321 Studios in a few weeks. The latest on their court case doesn't look promising. Sigh.
