i get a failed to read d:/ data error (cyclic redudancy check)at first i thought it was a scratched cd scuff etc,becouse i was able to copy a diffrent disc of the same movie,but its happening more and more often and the disc appear perfect,and after ripping it with another program like dvd fab or decrypt i cant't get nero or shrink to see it.

Most likely copy protection...have you tried AnyDVD?

Yes this happens quite often, in all the forums...next time just do a search, or just look through a few of the threads and you could find the answer.

awsome advise dvd fab/vobdlanker/shink and burn worked great now i get to go back and get all the movies i previously couldn't burn thanks
