I use DVD Shrink. The options are good and the end result when compressing the whole disc onto one is very good (if that's what you want to do). Also it's free and easy to use. Make sure you set the programme to be compatible with your operating system - right click and go to properties and then adjust compatibility - with demanding programmes like copying DVD's it is important to do this and it gives better performance.
