good morning.i was having a problem burning my movies with shrink,i took it back were i purchase it (best buy) they told me it was the hard drive.they put a new one,but now shrink wont burn my movies.all it dose is read the movie but it wont burn it.is it the burner or shrink or best buy did something wrong?i allways use shrink for my movies and never had a problem.i realy apreciate the help.thank you god bless.bill

Since you got a reinstall of your programs with the new HDD. Maybe the automatic burn with Nero box got unchecked. Under Shrink preferences>File I/O tab>check: enable burning with Nero. BTW Shrink does not have a burn engine. You usually use Decrypter or Nero to do the burning.

If they replaced the DVD writer, then maybe they just put in CD-RW combo DVD-ROM, instead of DVD-RW drive.

So when you say they replaced "Hard drive", Did they replace the Hard disc drive or the DVD-RW drive?
