Here's what I suggest.

1)These two devices as most likely set to operate at the slower PIO mode (a no no);

To increase performance, enable DMA mode for these guys. If you need a guide, here it is.

2) Your physical memory is way too low at 247MB, especially for XP as seen here;

If you can increase it to atleast 512MB, that would be a good thing. Also 66% of it is in use leaving only 83MB left, way too low, if multitasking while burning, don't. Try and shut down any unnessary apps while burning (AV software) to free up memory.

3) You may be burning a little too fast at 8x seen here;

3) Here, these two things in bold are a good indicator that the burner may be having a problem with writing/burning to the media you're using;

Your firmware is upto date, so try slowing down the burn speed to 4x as suggested and free up some rescources, if this doesn't help, consider switching to another brand of disks. I suggest verbatim, sony (made in japan type), or TYs and see if that does the trick.
