Can you beleive what playing fps games will be like now
you bend down and tilt the joystick to look oer the ledge

sounds like a ripoff of the Wii to me. Its a pity Sony dont creat something innovative themselves. They have some great minds over there. Can't believe they haven't changed the style of their controller.. quite poor on their part.

Evolution is about pinching the bits that work and incorporating them into your own design. If we didn't do that then cars would have square wheels.

But even saying that, the design of the new controller is s**t. How many millions did someone get paid to come up with a design they already had.

actually i think the ps3 'motion sensor' is slightly different to that of the Wii. It's only a tilt motion im reading. It doesn't detect where the controller is pointing on the screen. read that over on http://www.eurogamer.net/

sounds good,whatever makes u sleep at night. knowing that ur beloved sony sat around for a yr just to make no progress and borrow ideas...call it what u want.sony fans have bashed both the 360 and the nintendo wii to then go on and borrow their ideas. its one thing to have ur product copied and look like the leader of the pack but sony seems to be the follower this go around

It's basically the same thing as contained in the Wii's "nunchuku" accessory for the basic free-hand Wii controller.

I'm sure it would be just as easy for MS to announce a controller "redesign" and put a motion censor in it as well.
It only took sony a few months. The only game that could even use the newly-added function was warhawk.

jesus chill out bro. i'm sure they will not take out the rumble and i think the motion censor is a good added feature. why do you guys even fight over this it's just an added feature to make it look interesting. if you don't like, then don't get the games that are compatible with it period.

ickillah, sony said that there is no rumble feature, because it would "interfere with the motion sensing device".
More appropriate reason's i've read is the rumble feature was scrapped due to the lawuit Sony recently lost.
