Can anyone tell me if shrink keeps a log of the backed up DVD? If so, is it accessible?

The only thing Shrink keeps is a file of it's initial short analysis. You can find it in My Computer/C:/Documents and Settings/All Users/Application Data/DVD Shrink you will see the initial analysis files. The only other data from Shrink is it's output file which is used to burn.

Thanks for the help. I could not find an App folder. Would you know what the file types are? I can then perform a search on that to see where they are going.

It looks like this, and is only a small file with initial analysis. Shrink just saves it in case you put the disk in again and it does not have to go through this process as it has already been done.



Just type in Analysis Results in your search it should bring it up if there are any.

i was kind of just wondering about, the same question
Wilcat was asking about.......................

myself as well. i used to be able to delete those files
aswell on my old computer...

this new computer2weeks old, i can't find a App folder
either??

these new computer are set up different.............

i also used search funtion aswell no App folder.............

just wanted to throw that in, incase someone has found
the way to that App folder............

I believe the Applications folder is hidden by default. After you get into the "All Users" folder, click "Tools", then "Folder Options". Click the "View" tab, and under "Hidden files and folder", make sure "Show hidden files and folders" is chosen and press "OK". The "Applications" folder should show up.
