Hi

basically, I recently installed the newest Nero and now my DVD Shrink will not copy dvds of coptrights, which it did before, please help this aging hipster out. This is the message I get. What is the challenge here and what do I need to correct ? Much thanks for any help.

Well mickflood your latest update of Nero broke that autoburn connection - that's why you're getting the TRF error.
So go back a version. Here's a link for the downloads.
Uninstall the current version - run the clean tool then reinstall both packages (if you currently have both).

You should also edit out the your serial # - begins w/ 1A - don't need someone else getting it!

Your firmware needs an update too - the latest is JL03. Here's a link:

You also have Roxio installed which can cause problems with Nero.
You choice to uninstall it. If you do also run the clean tool for that:

B .... I am having installing because I'm not putting in a correct serial #.I wrote one daown when I bought the PC as Nero was already installed. What should I leave out so I can it will let me complete the installation ?

Oh just use the one from the log you posted :) The 1A20 number.
