I was burning fine with nero express running in the backgroun any dvd and dvd shrink well my trial of any dvd was up so I went back to dvd43 and I went to backup a movie and it encoded fine but when it was time to write to dvd this error came up . I unistalled shrink andrestarted but that didn WOrk any help would be great thanks, Diane

Try using CopyToDVD to burn. Nero is one big headache. I can never get it to work properly. I have been burning with CopyToDVD for almost a year now and have not had one burn failure.

hey tdk 97 listen to ibcruzn. CopyToDVD is the best dvd burning application there is. at least in my view.

Nero Recode2 or Shrink using deep analysis and AEC/ fabdecrypter or anydvd running in the background/ IMGBurn to burn/main movie only mode= perfect.

Is the fw on your burner original, because current for this burner is YS0Y.

Also DVD43 can cause some user problems, dl the free dvdfab decrypter and rip to your HDD using that program then run the file through Shrink and burn see if this makes a difference.

Your log is stating that it "invalid track info" this can be from the burner not recognizing your media. As for your media, it shows CMC Mag as the manufacturer, try using something better such as Verbatim, Maxell, Fuji or Sony. Then give it a go at 4x to see how it does, you can increase your speed after a few successful burns.
