Can't Burn SuperNova Properly after shrink

This is a first with this problem. I decripted SuperNova with Fabdecrypter 2.9.7.7 went fine. I then brought it up in shrink. It viewed perfectly in shrink before I hit backup. Here is the problem, when it burnt it to disk I could tell by looking at the disk something was wrong. For the length of the movie it only used about 3/4 of the disk.When I play it about half way thru the movie it starts over.I tried to use VobBlanker on it before I put it in shrink but the process tab on the right will not light up so it won't process. I even tried to decrypt it with anydvd. Got the same problem in shrink when burning and VobBlanker errors out and closes automatically when decrypting with anydvd. Any ideas?
