Are you are aware that Nero Recode is the same thing as Shrink made by the same person? You are really using 2 programs when only 1 is needed. But open Nero, select burn dvd-video file, and find the file that shrink placed on your computer after it finished it process if you really want the extra work. Thats an easy way to burn files that almost every program makes, not just Shrink.
Check these, put it in your favorite file.

I believe that what you're asking is how to setup DVD shrink to autoburn with nero, if so this is how....
First..
Make sure you have shrink set to 'enable burning with nero'.
To do this/make sure...run shrink and goto: edit-->preferences, click on the File I/O tab and make sure the 'enable burning with nero' box is checked as shown below.
Next..
Use shrink to open your disk and make your selections (full disk or reauthor), once your done and are ready to begin the backup process, click on the backup tab, you should see something like this..
Here is where you tell shrink to autoburn the file/files it created using nero. From the top dropdown menu under the burn with nero options, choose your burner like the image shown below...
Make all other selection per each tab, the last tab (burn settings), choose a write speed of 4X from the dropdown menu, if your using DVD+R media and your burner supports the feature, put a check in the booktype DVD-ROM box. See image blow....
Last..
When your ready, click the ok button to start the process. If all goes fine, shrink will rip/decrypt/transcode the video files from the DVD, put the file/files on your hard drive, autorun nero, prompt you for blank media and then begin the burning process.
