When I try to open a disk, I get this error message "invalid dvd structure".
I have never run into this problem before.

this is the latest copy protection, you have several options

free - rip to hard drive with dvd fab decrypter, then process files throgh vobblanker, then shrink as normal

not free - or run AnyDVD in the background (21 day free trial from slysoft.com)
