Is there a way to have ImgBurn show up on the Shrink Save/Burn pop up menue instead of Decryptor? It would be easier to choose this one click option instead of saving image to HD, then opening ImgBurn separately as an additional step.

I think if you download the latest version of Imgburn it gives you the option (when installing) to use Imgburn in place of DVD Decrypter for burning with DVD Shrink. Otherwise, you can replace the .exe file in the DVD Decrypter folder with the .exe file from Imgburn and it will automatically call up Imgburn instead of DVD Decrypter.

I downloaded ImgBurn and reinstalled. Option to replace decryptor when using Shrink does not come up.
If I replace the .exe in decryptor folder I would lose ability to call up the original decryptor program for uses other than burning images.
Other ideas?

You'll want to rename the original DVD Decrypter file and place it in a different folder and you can use it as usual, for ripping etc.

StanH1000,

Go to the ImgBurn site forum - there is a tutorial that shows you "cookbook" how to have Shrink call up ImgBurn, and, still leave your shortcuts to both DVD Decrypter and ImgBurn intact.

The Author of ImgBurn declined my suggestion quite a while ago to incorporate the Shrink-ImgBurn setup option LOCOENG mentions. It's really no big deal to do the Shrink-ImgBurn setup yourself manually when updated versions of ImgBurn are available.
