how many people will be able to buy a ps3 and if there is a limited quanity will here be more available in the future?because i highly doubt alot of average kids who want one will be able to afford one as soon as they come out for the public.
And I guarantee every single one will be sold that day. In fact it will probably be the hardest console to find in all the history of console releases.
PS. Average kids don't buy Sony or MS, they buy Nintendo. All real gamers, the ones who spend the money will get the PS3
Agreed, it will be bonkers to try and snag a ps3 on release day.I know sony says they wont be understocked but so does every comapny it will be intersting to see if sony can capatilzie where MS flopped if so it will be MONUMENTAL to their attempt to crush MS.
Its not going to be pretty if sony experiences shortages anything near what MS did which wasnt far off the standard but admittedly so was a little under the norm.With Nintendo and MS to compete against sony they do not want to not meet the demand having people sit and think about the competetion.MS already has consoles shortages handled and u can pick them up almost anywhere and throw that together with the fact that MS will be putting out their KILLER line-up of games before,around, and after the ps3+wii releases.Then theres hardware issues that sony and the wii will surely face as all consoles but nonetheless its bad publicity.so bad publicity,high price,shortages, and the competetion alone are going to make it all quite intersting this holiday season.Oh and customer service will also be big seeing how sonys online service is still coming together their customer service reps will not be as polished as the season veterans from across the way at xbox live.Sorry bout sliding off topic there but all those things are going to affect the supply/demand of the upcoming Ps3.Im not too sure but did MS have the price of games and launch titles at this point in their launch last year?Because it doesnt look for me not knowing what titles are coming out and launch titles usually arent so great in general.Theres normally a few eye catchers and the usual sports titles but they normally arent that great of games as we saw we the 360.
