i have a question about DVD shrink 3.2. when i click backup! the CD tray on the drive i am not useing opens. is there a way to stop this? does this happen to anyone else? also sometimes when my computer has been on for a long time and i have backed up several movies in the time that it has been on the tray on the drive i use wont open if i press the button the only way i can get it open and close is by useing the E and L in DVD decrypter. i am useing a sony DL burner that i got this past november

Sounds like a corrupt registry or your computer is infected by spyware. Download ccleaner and clean windows and also do the issues clean aswell. If that doesn't work try a fresh install of windows.
