Hi

I am having a problem trying to Preview whats on a DVD when I use dvd shrink
I click the preview button but the screen stays black (even tho it is playing)
This way we do not know what to remove from the DVD process (or what we are compressing)

All help much appreciated...

I wouldn't worry about it. It only uses up CPU power.

Umm...not when your actually compressing/creating the files.... I meant when your organising the DVD, like what you want to take out, or compress... there is a little arrow button and you can click it to see what it is that you are going to compress, like a documentory, or making of, intervoews, etc...

When i click on it, it is just a black screen, although it is playing...

Just wondering why this is so, as i need to know what i am compressing and what i should leave as normal...

I see, I normally do "movie only" so it's not a problem.

What version are you using. I'm on the latest (1.03)

Have you tried re installing the application ?

If that fails, r e download the source file from a differnt web site. Your master file may have got corrupted.

Give these few things a try, and report back.
