Some one please explain, never had this error before "failed to open file myvideos\video_ts\vts_03_0.ifo, cannot find file". The thing is this was all the files that I downloaded. I tried Nero but get the same thing.

DegenX,
Welcome to the forum. Looks like you have a bad d/l of the files. When there is a corrupt .ifo file then the computer should look for the .bup file which is the backup of the same info. Try the d/l again to see if you can get all of the file this time

If that fails again the you are going to have to create that .ifo. So you will need IFOEdit. Open it and select create .ifos. Select your .vob file.

Or copy vts_03_0.bup to vts_03_0.ifo in Windows...
