Hi I have An emachines computer. i have Nero downloaded. When I run DVD Shrink the movie comes up and It shows how much space is used, but when I go to back it up the whole program shuts down. It doesn't even give an error messege. Do you think I have a virus or something. Please help out. Thanks Steve

what movie are u trying to back up?
are u saying your PC shuts off, or r u saying that just shrink shuts off, if shrinks just shuts off it might be a protection problem that shrink can't handle
U can try Nero Recode2 which is just like shrink?
