Sorry for double posting, its just that the other one was really messed up, ok this is the best pic i can get atm, i cant find 1 chip with the same layout.
Do u think i should take out the 3.3v and try because that would in theory would turn it off completely

I wouldn't fiddle with the chip if you're unsure of what you're doing. You will likely only make it worse. DMS chips have a random BSOD, it's a glitch in the chip. This happens in one form or another with most chips. My MI will give me the RSOD on occasion, maybe 1 in 10 times. That's normal according to Davbere. Don't panic, put your PS2 back together, and hope you didn't mess anything up.

This is a legit DMS 4 Pro SE:
There are no clone DMS chips. It should auto boot PSX games. V.14 PS2's with a DMS 4 Pro SE will not be able to boot PSX games from another region, no fix for it as yet.

Well then you indeed have sort of clone/unidentified chip. Dunno, contact the installer if possible. In Dubai, boy who knows what kinda chip you have?

do u think i should just buy a new matrix infinity as the wires are in the same place, or should i remove the 3.3v pin to make sure the chip is the problem.

Phew man, I've got bad news, and err bad news.
1. That soldering job is hideous. Whoever modded your PS2 had no idea/didn't care what they were doing. God knows what complications are going to arise down the road.
2. I have no idea what chip that is, most likely some form of clone MI. Stop fiddling with the inside of it, you're only going to make things worse. Even an experienced modder can have a rough time with the PS2 if he's not careful.
3. Send it to a pro, someone who can fix that mess. I'd recommend http://www.teammodders.com they did my PS2, Xbox, and have done work for several peeps I know, all with rave reviews. Getting a legit Matrix Infinity is a good idea, but do not attempt to install it yourself, send it to a pro.

No it's not that. Compare it to Davbere's soldering. This is the actual pic from my PS2 mod.
The picture isn't to scale. I resized it, so the proportions are bit out of sort. Mainly, notice the legit MI Blue Dot, and the nice uniform soldering, no wires protruding every which way. This is a top notch install job.

oh i can see what you mean, but the psTWO has a completely differnet layout so it needs those wires, do u think i should shorten the wires from the chips side(easy)

I don't think you should fiddle with it at all. Obviously you've disregarded my warnings. You're only going to make it worse. This is the last time I will say it. Proceed further at your own risk.
This is one of Davbere's recent installs on a v.12:
I've given you my recommendation, do as you choose.
