This might be a little old new to some of us but i really wanted to highlight it anyway.
Here's my favorite part:

Now see to me this makes sense.It's kinda like the gta combo pack for xbox.It's good to hear because I never played a half life before so it's still new to me.Anubis told me about a steamless version but I still haven't downloaded it yet.

Half life is awesome. I only played the first one and a part of 2.
I really looking forward to playing it all the way on ps3 best of all the graphics will be better than when it first came out on pc. plus i get the expansions for one price

neva played hl1 but i played hl2 on pc its such a cool game but my pc just not good enough or the game that i hav has a problem or something,well this forum is on ps3 so it mus mean that the game must be on ps3 then? am i rite or wrong? who cares if its on ps3 then the control mus be kinda difficult then?

Yeah it'll be on ps3 and xbox 360 as well.Nah the controls should be fine the xbox has a halflife 2 and it seems to work fine.My dads got it.
I'm gonna have to make time to play it.Ive heard it's awesome but never could get it to work so I deleted it.I will try that steamless version anubis was talking about.

It should feel pretty good on either controll so i dont htink it will be taking anything away from the game

Actually come to think about it i'd preffer the gamepad controller over keyboard and mouse.I've never been a big keyboard/mouse fan myself.
I wonder if they will incorporate the motion sensing into HL 2 episode 1&2.

steamless version ??? omg how come i was unaware of this lol where can i buy a copy of the steamless version? or is it like a download only thing or sumthin? If anybody knows pm me or sumthin please i'v wanted to play it for soo long but that stupid steam has put me off.

That would be a great choice because the pc version doesn't have gamepad support(look at my sig).Plus the ps3 has awesome hardware.
Of coarse with my guide you don't have to pay for the......

haha nice tycobb.
half-life 2 package on ps3...now that's just tight. the game is impressive enough on my PC with a decent graphics card (ati radeon 9700 pro). but being on ps3..that's just amazing. great games, and wonderful storyline. i haven't played episode 1 yet and obviously not 2, so it'll be nice to get it all in one pack.

Thats the whole point it's gonna be killer. Too bad it's not ps3 exclusive. Then again I'm not so mean that I'de want the 360 guys to miss out on so much great fun

hah nah, im glad its not ps3 exclusive. its already pc game and it's only right to be on the 360 as well..they need games that make it worthwhile to have that system.
