i use CCD(SP Trial 2.66) to compress mpv, then the effect is very good on computer , but it is very bad on TV screen. and i know the reason is that the fields is 50 on TV screen and the frames is 25 on computer. but i dont know how to compress the parameters in CCE. who can help me? thanks a lot.

When you say fields is fifty, are you talking about lines or am i way off? Frames per second can change depending on the system you are running. PAL is around 24fps i think and NTSC is around 29fps, again i think. Bare in mind, lines and resolutions give very different appearances.
