DVD Shrink run so slow??.Need your help..

Recently,I find out my DVD Shrink running so slow like double click on it's short cut and it take about 20 or mor second to open or it encoding 1 dvd movie about 5 hours or more.What's wrong with it???.
Is anyone know about this,please let me know a solution that's very appreciated.Thanks
PS : MY DVD Shrink has run very smooth before until yesterday??.

Hi bee2005
First let's check the dma mode on all of your drive's - all should be on. Check the current transfer mode too and make sure dma is listed there. Here's a guide:

Problems with anything else pc wise?
