I have downloaded a movie and it is now sitting in "My Downloads" my problem is when i click on the open files button in DVD Shrink then select my downloads it tells me that DVD Shrink encountered an error and cannot find the file can anyone help me i am going out of my mind :-)

If your DL'd movie is in .avi format or something similar it will need to be converted to a DVD compliant file before processing with DVD Shrink. Use a tool such as Nero Vision, AVI2DVD or ConvertXtoDVD and then run the resulting files through DVD Shrink creating and ISO and burn with Imgburn.

thank you but what is Nero vision i am new to this so dont really know anything much about it

Do you even have Nero? If you don't it is a pay program and we can probably get you going with some freeware.
