Hi i've read some stuff that xbox360 is better than ps3 but can someone just give a simple answer. I have an xbox360 and to be honest im dissappointed in the games apart for HD on TV via the xbox360 i had more fun on the old gen xbox. Anyway xbox360 is to get an HD player add-on yet the ps3 has blueray built in so no need for more 240v plugs going into the wall and using more juice! Righ to my questions:-
1. Should i sell my xbox360 and get a PS3 as I like the style of games better than current xbox360 release i.e Devil May Cry 4 PS3/Jap developed games are more creative than other location developers (my view)
2. When are we going to see a mod to allow full blown home brew on the 360. Yeah i know about the hacks but i want a massive harddrive in my xbox360 to put homebrew on not a crappy 20gig or even a 120g
3. Will we see xbox360 games released on the HD add-on format as some of the xbox360 game content just isnt long enough, and asking 49.99 for a game is taking the P!!!

The add on isn't going to matter because it only allows movies and not games to be played not to mention it's prolly going to be $300+.
I wouldn't sell your 360 unless you really want a ps3 that bad,just hang on to the 360 and get ps3 as well and don't buy the expensive add-on just save that for ps3.
The mods will be sooner than later for 360 for no one knows for sure yet.Be careful what you buy and do alot of research.Not all games will be in 1080p but as time goes on you can better believe most will be.I'm out I hope this helped peace

again wrong place, and m$ has stated the add on is strictly for movies not games. you never know though. this is a bit old but i don't think things have changed

considering the ps3 is not out yet, i find the source you have been reading subpar. don't worry about what everyone else thinks, hell if that was the case the ps2 wouldn't have been as dominant as it was. technically it was an inferior system. also keep in mind what someone else calls "better" may not necessarily meet your standards or desires so use your own judgement. both the 360 and ps3 have some very nice and promising titles due out. i don't know your situation, but the ps3 doesnt release till november so there is still time to give the 360 a chance. saints row, dead rising, and gears of war seem to be hot topics as of late with the 360. the ps3 will once again feature games that made the 2 other playstations what they are. Warhawk, MGS, DMC, GranTurismo, Killzone to name a few....
finally, i see your new so welcome, but next time try to post in revelant forums. that is where you are going to get the best answer. there are people who own the 360 or follow both system that can answer questions, but again try posting in the right forum
Thanks everyone who replied, think im gonna take the plunge and go PS3 unless the homebrew modchip comes out for 360 then i would keep the noisy fellar (hangon just putting some more diesel in my xbox360! crap its my lawnmower! brillaint idea i'll put some wheels on my x360 anbd resell it as a qualcat 360) Only joking M$ but you guys could have made it better :)
