DVD shrink Broken?

Does anyone know ,can DVD Shrink break down and start acting up? Eg. The odd time I have pushed the compresion button and nothing has come up in the window, it's just blank. Also some times I have to reset the destination . It's always been set to burn through Nero and onto the burner and so on . Now evey so often it gets put on the hard drive instead and I hav'nt changed it. So I was just wondering if the program can start breaking down and acting up. Thanks

If you think the program is "breaking down", try a uninstall and reinstall of it.

Always the best place to start, make sure to delete aly folders related to DVDShrink as some settings are saved, so when you reinstall you will be back where you were.
