DVD Shrink closing when backup

Hi I was woing to make a copy of a movie for my brother. Like I do all the time put open DVD Shrink select the source it analized it when it finished I proceed to backup and the then bam it close the program i unistall the program and nero(6) too and the problem continues
the strange thin is if I disable burning whit Nero on shrink it do the backup and the program did not close.Thanks for any tip or help.

PS.I was able to make the copy whit Nero disable,sent the video TS to HDD file and then burn it whit Nero.

What version of Nero do you have? Did you just upgrade to 6.6.1.4? If you did go back to Nero 6.6.0.18

Garmoon is right on with his advice. Did you know you can also set your backup target as "ISO Image file and burn with DVD Decrypter"? This option will also auto burn after DVD Shrink is finished transcoding.

Ok thanks for the tips. The version of Nero is 6.0 if I'm not wrong but the thing is it was working great until a try to make the copy f Ultimate Avenger 2 after i tried the problem started.Download the last version of shrink an still the same problem.
